Dashboard settings

The dashboard is split into four pages: Overview, Limits, Punishment, and Allowlist.

Overview page

A master toggle turns ad and link blocking on or off.

Chat rules (select any combination):

RuleDefaultBlocks
Discord invitesOnDiscord server invite links
Shortened URLsOnLink shorteners such as bit.ly

Invite in statusOffMembers with an invite link in their custom status
Instant kickOffKicks immediately instead of warning first. Requires the nickname rule to also be on.

Limits page

Set how many rule violations within a short window trigger punishment, separately for chat rules and profile rules (default 1 for each, up to 50).

Punishment page

Choose the response: mute (default), kick, ban, or quarantine.

  • If mute is selected, choose a duration from presets (1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 28 hours) or enter a custom duration up to 7 days.
  • If quarantine is selected, choose the role to apply. BetterAntiSpam creates the role automatically if it doesn't already exist.

Allowlist page

  • Add channels, roles, or users exempt from link blocking (up to 40 each).
  • Add trusted domains that bypass link detection, entered as a comma or space-separated list.

Behavior

  • Turning on a profile rule triggers a one-time scan of existing members' nicknames and statuses.
  • A Reset all button restores every setting to its default after a confirmation step.
  • Only the admin who opened the dashboard can interact with it.
