/scan

Overview

/scan runs a security check on your server and returns a trust score plus details on bot role position, admins, dangerous role permissions, bots, webhooks, config gaps, and recent audit log activity.

Required Permissions

  • Administrator

Usage

Type /scan with no options. You receive multiple embeds:

  • Security score: score from 0–100 (good, fair, or poor) based on critical and medium issues.
  • Bot and role hierarchy: whether the bot and quarantine roles are positioned correctly.
  • Admin members: members with Administrator.
  • Role permissions: roles with dangerous permissions, including @everyone.
  • Bot analysis: unverified or suspicious bots.
  • Webhooks: suspicious webhooks (recently created, no avatar, suspicious names) and channels with many webhooks.
  • Config weaknesses: missing or disabled protections, such as a log channel, verification, or anti-spam.
  • Recent activity: suspicious audit log patterns, such as bans, kicks, or channel and role deletes.

Behavior

  • Use the output to find and fix security issues.
  • The footer suggests commands or settings to address each issue.
  • Use the Rerun button to refresh the scan, or Close to dismiss it.
  • Running /scan again within 15 seconds is slowed slightly to prevent accidental repeat runs.
